Calder & Vale is a cross-border advisory firm based in Mexico City. This policy explains what information we collect, why, and what you can do about it. We keep it short on purpose.

What we collect


Information you give us directly: your name, email, company, role, and country when you complete the readiness diagnostic, subscribe to our insights, or contact us.

Your responses to the readiness diagnostic, so we can send you a tailored assessment.

Basic usage data (pages visited, approximate location, device type) collected automatically through analytics.

How we use it


To send you the results you requested and to follow up about your expansion into Mexico.

To send occasional cross-border intelligence if you subscribe. Every email includes an unsubscribe link.

To understand how the site is used and improve it.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for anyone else’s marketing.

Who processes it for us


Resend (email delivery and our contact list).

Google Analytics and Vercel Analytics (anonymous, aggregate usage measurement).

Calendly (when you book a call).

These providers process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy terms.

Your rights


Wherever you are located, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, and to withdraw consent at any time.

These rights are recognized under Mexico’s Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP), United States state privacy laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), and Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

We do not sell your personal information. To exercise any of these rights, email info@calderandvale.com and we will respond promptly.

Retention


We keep your information for as long as it is useful to the advisory relationship, or until you ask us to delete it.
